Todd is an experienced commercial litigator with a strong emphasis on real estate, creditor's rights, construction and business disputes. His clients range from multinational financial institutions to contractors, developers and banking institutions with important regional presence. He provides statewide representation for some of the nation's foremost corporate citizens.

Todd was born in New Jersey and raised in Central Florida. Todd attended Florida State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.

Todd received his Juris Doctorate with High Honors from Florida State University Law School in 1995. Upon graduation, Todd was selected as a member of the Order of the Coif for his academic achievements. He served as an Intern Law Clerk for Federal District Court Judge William J. Stafford of the Northern District of Florida.

Todd began his practice at the boutique commercial litigation firm of Hartley & Wall, which later became Hartley, Wall & Norman when Todd was added as a partner. During his tenure there, Todd concentrated his practice in contract, real estate, employment and governmental litigation. He represented prominent regional and national development corporations, a state university and one of the nation's largest school districts.

Todd joined what is now Stump, Dietrich, Spears & Norman, P.A. in 2003. Todd has a diverse client base which covers a broad range of commercial litigation fields, including real property litigation, banking, creditor's rights, contract disputes, construction litigation, probate matters, partition, landlord-tenant disputes, anti-trust law, and governmental zoning and land use litigation. Todd has practiced before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and American Arbitration Association panels. These include numerous bench and jury trials.

In addition to his trial experience, Todd also has significant appellate experience in both the state and federal court appellate systems. Todd has over a dozen reported decisions to his credit, many of which establish important legal precedents for future commercial disputes.
