Shawn N. Rountree
Shawn Rountree has established his practice with emphasis in the areas of commercial foreclosure litigation, construction litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters. Shawn received his undergraduate degree from Illinois College and his law degree from Southern Illinois University graduating from both schools with Cum Laude honors. While at SIU, Shawn served as an Articles Editor of the SIU Law Journal.
After graduating law school, Shawn began his practice in Evansville, Indiana with the firm of Bamberger, Foreman, Oswald & Hahn, LLP focusing primarily on commercial foreclosures, bankruptcy and creditors' rights. As a result of his practice in Evansville, Shawn is admitted, in addition to Florida, to practice law in Illinois and Indiana.
In 2007, Shawn moved to Orlando, Florida and subsequently joined Stump, Dietrich, Spears & Norman, P.A. Through his trial and litigation experience in the state, federal and bankruptcy courts located in Illinois, Indiana and Florida, Shawn has developed the ability to represent not only institutional banking clients but also small businesses with their litigation and bankruptcy concerns.
