D. Paul Dietrich II

Born and raised in Central Florida, Paul is a business transactional lawyer, focusing his practice on real estate matters.

Paul attended Princeton University, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1987. During his tenure at Princeton, he authored several works which focused primarily on epic English and classical literature. Since graduating, Paul has remained very active in the Admissions Department at Princeton and currently serves as Chairman of the Alumni Schools Committee, coordinating interviews with all central Florida applicants.
Paul received his J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law in 1990. While at Duke, he competed in the law school's moot court program and during his final two years, focused his attention on transactional drafting and negotiation seminars.

His practice is devoted primarily to handling matters related to real estate, including purchase and sale transactions, development, lending and collateralization. He has substantial experience with all forms of business relationships, including corporations, partnerships, etc., and in the areas of condominium law (both commercial and residential) and time-sharing. He overseas the firm's anti-piracy initiative on behalf of DirecTV.
