Leigh A. Williams
Leigh Williams joined the firm in 2005 and specializes in commercial real estate law and corporate law. Leigh is from Pennsylvania and received her undergraduate degree from Penn State University in 1985. She then moved to Florida where she attended Stetson University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 1988.
Leigh was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989 and then moved to Stuart, Florida where she became a partner with the law firm of Crary Buchanon Bowdish & Bovie. During that time she began to specialize in land use work with developers, commercial real estate transactions, contract negotiations and representation of lenders.
In 1999 she relocated to Orlando and became general counsel for Unicorp National Developments, Inc. In 2005, she joined what is now Stump, Dietrich, Spears & Norman, P.A.. Leigh has extensive experience in complex commercial finance, commercial real estate transactions, business structuring, as well as land use and zoning work.
